4. DELIVERY
4.1 Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1โ3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
4.2 UK Delivery
Our current UK delivery options are:
- Economy: 5โ8 business days โ Free
- Standard: 3โ4 business days โ ยฃ15
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
4.3 International Delivery
At this time, we do not offer international delivery.
Orders can currently be delivered to eligible UK addresses only.
4.4 Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
4.5 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only change the delivery address before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
4.6 P.O. Box Addresses
Delivery to P.O. Box addresses may be subject to availability depending on the delivery service used.
Please contact us before placing an order if you need delivery to a P.O. Box.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with information about the available options.
5. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
You can use the tracking information provided by the delivery carrier to follow the progress of your shipment.
6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.

As we currently do not offer international delivery, customers should not place orders for delivery outside the UK.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We may be able to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy.
